Schools Specialist

Rory has extensive successful experience in the public and private education sector. He is known for and excels in the leadership and management of the design, development and delivery of system and school improvement programs; learning, leadership, and teaching professional development programs; academic and curriculum products; and educational intervention projects, in a wide range of international settings.

Rory has worked as a teacher and Principal at the primary and secondary phase levels, as a Community College instructor in the United States, and as an adjunct professor at the University of California. From Curriculum and teaching and learning advisor, to Education Director, Middle East & South East Asia for one of the largest private schools groups. In addition, Rory has substantial expertise and experience in improving the identification of, and provision for, gifted and talented students.

Most recently, Rory worked for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB) as Head of Product Development where he led a team focused on improving access to, and development of, enhanced and innovative products designed to grow the IB community. Rory holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of London, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of California.
