Ken is an educator with 24 years’ international experience, including 15 years in the GCC. He is an articulate and diplomatic communicator who is able to develop effective collaborative strategies within and between organizations.

Dr. Phil Ice has been involved with higher education for over 20 years. In that time he has served as faculty at West Virginia University and the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, as well as the Vice President of Research and Development for American Public University and as the Chief Learning Officer for Mirum worldwide.
